E-Light combines two proven technologies in a single pulse. IPL is absorbed selectively by pigment and hemoglobin — breaking down brown spots and shrinking red vessels. Simultaneously, bipolar radio-frequency delivers uniform heat into the dermis, stimulating fibroblasts to build new collagen.
